Duration Of Stay

The minimum duration for booking Rudraksha is 2 days. The maximum duration for booking is 90 days.

The standard rate for booking Rudraksha is $250 per night, plus Cleaning Fee and Fresno City Tax, as described below.

If you’re booking for 5 days, you will be eligible for a 5% discount on the standard rate.
If you’re booking for 7 days or more you are eligible for 10% discount on the standard rate.

If you’re booking for more than 30 days, you are eligible for a 35% discount on the standard rate.

Often our partners like Booking.com, Expedia etc provide spot discounts, and you’re welcome to book thru them. Booking with us, though, is always at a greater discount.

Cleaning Fee

Guests will be charged a nominal cleaning fee of $250 per stay. This cleaning fee is based on the assumption that guests will adhere to the House Rules and will leave the place reasonably clean. Extra fee will apply if the house required extra cleaning.

Fresno City Tax

The city of Fresno charges a surcharge of 14.5% per stay. This amount will be added to the total amount payable on booking.

Damage Protection

Guests are normally responsible for any damage to the property caused by any member of the party during their stay.
For a worry free stay, guests will be charged $59 per stay to cover damage protection insurance.

Cancellation Policies

Guests have free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. Guests may modify their check in dates once per booking, subject to availability. If the room rates for the new dates are higher than their original check-in dates, they will be required to pay the difference.

If the cancellation is within a 48 hour window of check in, and for instances of no show, the booking amount cannot be refunded.


For all other instances, the following cancellation policies apply.

Flexible 5

This cancellation policy is based only if you booked with a standard rate. Cancel anytime before 5 days of your check-in date for refund. Cleaning fee will be refunded. A 50% cancellation fee & Fresno City Tax will be deducted.

Non Refundable

This cancellation policy is based on all other bookings. Enjoy lower room-rates with this non refundable policy. Cleaning fee will be refunded.

Flexible 14

This cancellation policy is based only if you booked with a standard rate. Cancel anytime before 14 days of check-in. Cleaning fee will be refunded. A cancellation fee for the first day and Fresno City Tax will be deducted.
