The House Rules Are Imposed For The Safety & Benefit Of Our Current & Prospective Guests and to Maintain Peace and Tranquility in the Neighborhood
Our goal is to provide a clean, functional luxurious place for all our guests. We also adhere to the county and neighborhood mandates to maintain safety, security and peace. As such, we ask that our guests strictly adhere to the House Rules
Please carefully read these house rules and confirm your acceptance. In an absence of any written acceptance of the Rules, it will be assumed that you have read these and have accepted them.

Quiet Period : 11pm to 6am
Please provide a verified id of the booker, and the names of other guests staying at the property. For reasons of safety, only registered guests may stay at the property. No unregistered or unapproved guests and/or visitors are allowed.
The default rate is for upto 6 adults. We charge extra per person after 6 adults. If you are a party of more than 6, please let us know ahead of time.
Maximum number of guests allowed is 9 adults plus one child. Anything beyond that is strictly prohibited under the county laws and under the house rules.
No pets allowed. Strictly no pets. No animals are permitted on the property due to life-threatening dog dander allergies of the host. Penalty is $1000 plus extra cleaning charges plus damages caused by a pet. If you have a service pet, please let us know ahead of time. We may allow that, but you are still responsible for extra cleaning, and damages caused by the pet stay.
We request that you not wear shoes inside the house. Please leave your shoes at the door. Dirt stains on rugs and floors are difficult to clean and an affront to the subsequent guest.
No events, parties, gatherings allowed at any time. Extra charges for having the room/house cleaned. External cameras on premises. Noise decibels and any social gatherings are monitored and may lead to instant eviction.
No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, drugs, weed allowed. Extra charges for having the room/house detoxified.
No commercial photography or filming allowed.
Please turn off the AirConditioning/Heating when you leave the premises for extended periods of time. At the checking-out, please ensure that both thermostats are turned off. Any excessive electricity charges will be the guest’s responsibility.
Please be careful to avoid stains on carpets, towels, sheets and duvets. As a courtesy to the next guest, please do not wipe makeup, floors, or excessively dirty surfaces with the towels.
No scooters, bicycles, motobikes or any such heavy things to be taken, or parked inside the house. Damages, stains, breakages arising from indoor parking and placement will be charged to the guest.
Due to marble flooring, the property may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. There is one step leading up to the house. There are no disability related accommodations, no chairs, or hand rails in the bathrooms, the tiles break easily when a walker or wheelchair rolls over it, and the marble is very slippery when damp, or wet. We are not discriminating, we’re merely cautioning the prospective guests. It is your choice to assume the identified risks and liabilities.
