Booking & Reservations
How do I book Rudraksha?
You can book Rudraksha directly through our website at rudrakshaca.com/reservations for the best available rate with no middleman fees. We are also listed on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and HomeToGo. Direct booking is recommended — you get the best rate, priority response, and personalized service.
Is my credit card charged immediately when I request a booking?
No. When you submit a direct booking request, your credit or debit card is not charged until the booking is confirmed by us via email. You will receive a confirmation email before any charge is made.
What is the damage deposit and how does it work?
The damage deposit is held securely by our payment gateway, Stripe. It is automatically refunded 10 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or rule violations during your stay.
What is the cancellation policy?

Are there discounts available for longer stays?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Check-out: 9:00 AM
Can I request an early check-in or late checkout?
Early check-in and late checkout may be possible depending on bookings before and after yours. Please contact us in advance to discuss — we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What ID is required at check-in?
A verified ID of all guests is required at the time of booking. Only registered and approved guests may stay at the property.

How many bedrooms and guests does Rudraksha accommodate?
Rudraksha has 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms across 2,380 sq ft. It accommodates a maximum of 9 adults plus one child. Additional charges apply after 6 guests — these will be confirmed after your booking request is received.
What are the five bedrooms like ?
The five uniquely themed bedrooms are:
- Saffron Master — king bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, private lounge, two study desks, 65-inch smart TV
- Sumptuous Viridescent — queen bed, window seat, study desk, large closet
- Egyptian Peach — queen bed, writing desk, 55-inch smart TV, garden-facing room
- Trendy Blue — single bed, writing desk, 55-inch smart TV, bold contemporary decor
- Istanbul Grey — queen bed, study desk, 55-inch smart TV, private bathroom steps away
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full oven, fridge, airfryer, blender, coffee maker, and electric kettle. All pots, pans, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, and utensils are provided. Complimentary coffee and tea are also included.
Is there laundry at the property?
Yes. A full-sized washer and dryer are available exclusively for guest use, and laundry detergent is provided at no extra cost.
Is garage space available?
No. Garage space is not available but we do have two driveways, and several parking spots.
Is there a garden or outdoor space?
Yes — the property sits on over 13,000 sq ft of landscaped garden with more than 20 palm trees, fruit trees, and rose bushes. Outdoor seating, an al fresco dining setup, and a BBQ grill are available. RV parking with 220-volt outlets is also on site.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, high-speed WiFi is available throughout the property. WiFi details will be provided upon check-in confirmation.
Is the property suitable for remote workers?
Absolutely. Multiple bedrooms feature dedicated study desks. The Saffron Master even has two desks, making it ideal for working couples. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property.
House Rules & Policies
How Many People Can Rudraksha Vacation Rental Host?
We can host a maximum of 9 adults and a child. However, our rates are optimised for upto 6 adults. Beyond 6, we charge extra per person on each of our platforms. Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com automatically provide pricing based on per person. If you are booking directky with us, and have a party of 7 or more, -please contact us for a detailed pricing quote.
Are pets allowed At Rudraksha Vacation Home?
No. Pets are strictly not permitted on the property due to life-threatening dog dander allergies of the host. A penalty of $1,000 applies for violation of this rule.
Are events or parties allowed?
No. Events, parties, and gatherings are strictly prohibited at all times. Noise decibels are monitored and violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, drugs, and weed are not permitted anywhere on the property. Extra charges for detoxification will apply if this rule is violated.
Are shoes allowed inside?
No. Please remove shoes at the door. Dirt stains on rugs or floors will incur additional cleaning charges.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM daily. Noise decibels are monitored.
Is the property accessible for guests with mobility issues?
The property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. There is one step leading up to the house. There are no disability-related accommodations, no handrails in bathrooms, and the marble floors can be slippery when damp. Tiles can break under the weight of a walker or wheelchair. Guests assume identified risks at their own discretion.

Rudraksha is located in North East Fresno, CA — one of Fresno’s safest and most beautiful neighbourhoods. It is minutes from Fresno State University, Clovis Community College, and several distinguished schools of Fresno. It is close to top medical centers, shopping, and dining.

Yes! Fresno is ideally positioned as a gateway to Yosemite National Park, Sequoia National Park, Kings Canyon, Huntington Lake, Bass Lake, Shaver Lake, Mammoth Lake, and Mono Lake. Day trips to all these destinations are very popular from Rudraksha.
Is parking available?
Yes. The property has parking available including a dedicated RV parking spot with 220-volt outlets. Please note that scooters, bicycles, motorbikes, and similar items must not be parked or stored inside the house.
