Our insurance providers require a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID for all guests prior to check-in and an approved written agreement.
AVAILABILITY & BOOKING
To check availability and booking, please send us a booking request with your contact details, the check in and check out dates, number of people and purpose of visit.
If the property is available, you will be sent the written agreement and a request for photo id. These requirements ensure our insurance providers can provide coverage.
Please respond back with a verified photo id and an acknowledgement that simply says:
“I have read and agree with the terms and conditions of the Agreement”
You may transfer funds through paypal or zelle. The payment link and payee details will be sent in the email. Once we receive the payment, you will receive an email confirming your booking. Please be aware that the booking will not be confirmed until payment is received.
